If you would like to delete your account, please follow the steps given below:
- Sign in to your CABI Academy account.
- Go to your profile, this is available through your profile picture on the top right of your browser. Please click on the picture to enter your profile.
- Once you are in, navigate to the bottom of the page and look for 'Privacy and Policies'.
- Under 'Privacy and Policies' you will see 'Delete my account' (fourth option from the top).
- Click on it and follow the instructions to delete your account.
Please remember that deletion of your data will result in all course completion progress and awarded certificates being deleted and therefore irrecoverable.
