We have updated how certificates are organised on CABI Academy. You will now see two links in the Miscellaneous section of your profile:
- Certificates earned before 29/09/2026 – select this link to find certificates earned before the update.
- Certificates earned after 29/09/2026 – select this link to find certificates earned on or after the update.
Choose the link that corresponds to when you earned your certificate. If you are unsure about the date you earned your certificate, please check both links.
However, if you are unable to find a certificate, please contact CABI Academy support with the course name and the approximate date you completed it.
